IAN PUTNAM

Ian Putnam's love for performing is broad-based, including theater, music, television and voice work. He has performed in many stage productions, on live television, and in independent films. He is a singer and multi-instrumentalist who plays piano, guitar, bass, drums and alto saxophone, and has led a jazz band as singer, a rock cover band as guitarist and singer, and played lead guitar in a punk rock band, each for over six years. His own compositions have been used in award winning short films and architect's videos, and he has written over one hundred songs.  He has recorded a jazz standards album, a punk rock album, and an alternative rock album. His studio is equipped with gear to record many types of music, including a booth to perform song vocals, voice overs,
and audiobook narration. Ian taught
middle and high school music for ten years,
developed the school's recording program,
and music directed all ten of their high
school musicals.  Currently he works
freelance as a narrator, voice actor, and
musician in Santa Barbara, CA.
